London alternative rockers Red Light Acid Test released their new single "Little Death" on September 17th, a raw, fuzzed-out track pulled from their upcoming debut album Frayed, due October 29th.
Built around heavily fuzzed staccato guitar, a weighty low-end groove, and seductive crooned vocals, "Little Death" explores attraction, desire, and the line between consent and violation. Formed in London in 2019, Red Light Acid Test has drawn comparisons to Queens of the Stone Age, Killing Joke, Mark Lanegan, Idles, Helmet, and Sonic Youth, and has played Hard Rock Hell, Hoxton Festival, and Camden Rocks. Frayed was recorded by Mercury Prize-nominated producer Ian Davenport (Gaz Coombes, Slowdive, Band of Skulls).
