Polyphia have announced their fifth full-length, Be Not Afraid, arriving October 23 via Rise Records, alongside a new single and video, "Power In The Blood," filmed against the gold-leaf Baroque backdrops of a church in Rio de Janeiro.

The genre-blurring instrumental outfit spent 2024 and 2025 writing across Miami, Los Angeles and Dallas with co-producer RJ Pasin, this time building songs communally in the room together rather than assembling ideas separately. Guitarist Tim Henson calls it their most meaningful record yet: "Every time you listen to it, you'll notice something new."

Thematically, Be Not Afraid leans into extremes — one side triumphant, the other unsettling — continuing the momentum from earlier single "Can You Feel It." To give the album the time it needed, Polyphia pushed the North American leg of their 2026 world tour into February and March 2027, with Ladrones and RJ Pasin supporting; European and UK dates this November and December are unaffected, with Perturbator joining.
