New York hip-hop group Oxymorrons have returned with "Bombs Over Gaza," a pointed, high-energy new single that serves as the first taste of their forthcoming EP, "Mohawks & Durags 2: Project Big Apple."

Never a group to shy away from combining infectious energy with substance, Oxymorrons use "Bombs Over Gaza" to tackle heavy, timely subject matter head-on without losing the group's signature genre-blending bounce — equal parts punk-rock urgency and hip-hop bravado. It's the kind of socially conscious single that demands attention both for its message and for the sheer energy of the delivery.

With "Mohawks & Durags 2" on the way, "Bombs Over Gaza" positions the project as one of Oxymorrons' most direct statements yet, and a strong signal of what's to come on the EP.
