Australian heavy music powerhouse Northlane are back with a bold new single, "Evian," out now as an independent release. The track shapeshifts between euphoric trance and seismic breakdowns, its lyrics exploring the decision to confront personal trauma rather than let it damage the people you love.
Frontman Marcus Bridge opens up: "Evian is about self-improvement through confronting trauma then finding your way back to someone from a healthier place. It explores the choice to grow on your own rather than dragging others down with you, making a conscious effort to heal before your struggles start affecting the people you care about."
More than a decade into their career, Northlane have amassed multiple ARIA #1 albums and over 500 million streams. With "Evian" they tease a massive 2026 chapter.
The band kick off a North American tour supporting Dayseeker on May 1, followed by a packed European summer festival run including Bloodstock, Summer Breeze, and Re-Load, before heading Down Under for the inaugural Hellbound Cruise.
