Features Five Previously Unreleased Demos With Kerry King's Own Scratch Vocals

If you thought Kerry King's acclaimed debut solo album had given everything it had, think again. The iconic Slayer guitarist and songwriter is expanding From Hell I Rise into an Extended Deluxe Edition, arriving June 19, 2026 via Reigning Phoenix Music — marking the record's two-year anniversary.

The extended edition adds five previously unheard demo tracks complete with King's own scratch vocal performances — something he's been doing for years behind closed studio doors and is now sharing with fans for the very first time. The release also comes with new cover artwork by James Bousema and a revamped layout with additional photos.

For the serious collectors, there's an earbook variant — limited to just 666 copies worldwide — containing 2 LPs, a live CD, and a live Blu-ray of the band's first-ever show at Reggies Chicago. It's exclusive to Reigning Phoenix Music mailorder in Europe and the US.

From Hell I Rise features King on guitar alongside Paul Bostaph (drums), Kyle Sanders (bass), Phil Demmel (guitar), and Mark Osegueda (vocals).

Extended Deluxe Tracklist:
Diablo / Where I Reign / Residue / Idle Hands / Trophies Of The Tyrant / Crucifixation / Tension / Everything I Hate About You / Toxic / Two Fists / Rage / Shrapnel / From Hell I Rise / + five demos: Crucifixation, From Hell I Rise, Two Fists, Rage, Trophies Of The Tyrant (all with Kerry King scratch vocals)
