Interview with The Rockin' Krolik

What has been inspiring you lately?I have been drawn to human interactions or lack thereof. So, mostly relationships and what connects people or disconnect them. Love always yes, but not just that. Behaviours and body language, reading between the lines of what people say or don’t say. And quite a lot of introspection as well trying to figure out where and how I fit in all this and how do I become a better human. Vast subject!

I don’t usually wait for inspiration though; I practice my craft as much as possible writing songs based off prompts that I choose randomly or that my audience suggests. And that’s been fun, challenging and rewarding!

Do you have any new singles, videos, or albums out that you would like totell me and your fans about?My new 6 titles EP “Shedding Skin” was just released on Feb 29th. I am exploring some of the themes mentioned above in a raw examination of past relationships, personal growth, loss of loved ones, and addiction. I invite everyone to have a listen, share irresponsibly and let me know what they think!

Do you have anything else that you would like to talk about or promote?Yes! The first thing is my Album Release Party on March 30th at Coffee Culture in Whitby On. 4-6pm. Everyone’s invited!

And if I may add, I love to connect with fans and get to know them, talk about music and Art. And similarly with other artists and finding out about their creative process as well as collaborating on projects! So, I invite anyone out there to hit me up on socials!
