Montreal thrash outfit OMBRA released their debut EP "Night Terror" this September, an unflinching record that blurs reality, addiction, and the supernatural on tracks like "Blue Dream." We caught up with the band to talk about what's next.

What is new since the last interview?
"Since our last interview, we have been writing a lot of new material and gearing up for 2027. NIGHT TERROR should officially be released by the time this interview gets out, and we couldn't be happier to share it with the world." - G

What has been inspiring you lately?
"Recently I got to see Rush, which was a childhood favorite of mine growing up, especially the Moving Pictures album. There are so many great riffs and dynamic rhythms that have been inspiring me of late from that incredible group. Also, Anika Niles kicked ass, man; she's one badass mf and did not disappoint." - G

Do you have any new singles, videos, or albums out that you would like to tell me and your fans about?
"At the moment, we're working on new material for our first full-length album. We don't have a timeline yet for release, but we will definitely be releasing music in the upcoming new year."

Do you have anything else that you would like to talk about or promote?
"NIGHT TERROR is out now on all platforms; check it out wherever you listen or buy music!"

How can your fans best keep up to date with you, any socials you want people to check out?
"Follow us on IG @abandcalledombra or at https://ombra.band !"
