California's kings of mincecore return with eight relentless tracks and a scorching political statement.
California's premier mincecore practitioners HAGGUS are back with the announcement of The Mincecore Manifesto, a blistering 12" EP arriving June 26 via Tankcrimes. Just one year after their critically loved Tankcrimes debut Destination Extinction, the band is doubling down — faster, filthier, and more unhinged than ever.
Straddling the line between classic anarcho-punk urgency and the most deranged edges of goregrind, the eight-track EP arrives as a raw, ferocious statement of intent. Lyrically, HAGGUS take direct aim at the political volatility of 2026 with zero filter. "This record is dedicated to anyone speaking up, resisting, and fighting fascism in 2026," says band founder Hambone. "Now, more than ever, there is no time for silence or fencewalking."
Lead single and opening track "Decease The Police" is out now alongside a video. The track wastes no time establishing the EP's tone: chaotic, punishing, and politically awake. The Mincecore Manifesto was written and recorded by Hambone, mixed by Andrew Solis (Nails, Despise You) at Dead Stare Audio, and mastered by Dan Randall at Mammoth Sound (Ghoul, Spazz), with cover art by Digestor (Ghoul).
The EP drops on vinyl, cassette, and digital. HAGGUS will be performing at the Decibel Metal & Beer Fest in Philadelphia on May 2, with additional dates in York, PA and Washington, DC surrounding that show.
