German death metal veterans FLESHCRAWL are back with a vengeance. The band's tenth studio album Epitome of Carnage is out now via Distortion Music Group (DMG)—Powered by Reigning Phoenix Music—and it's accompanied by a rampage of a music video for "Chapel of Guts."

Critics are already losing their minds over it. Dead Rhetoric USA handed it an 8.5/10 calling it "a solid, forceful statement from a seasoned band still operating at full strength." Headbangers Australia echoed that with another 8.5/10, praising its "old-school brutality with tight, experienced songwriting." And Zephyrs Odem (DE) went even harder, dropping a 9.5/10: "Many veterans release solid albums these days that play through nicely and then immediately gather dust on the shelf. Epitome of Carnage, however, sticks with you. FLESHCRAWL simply do exactly what they have mastered for decades—only better, more focused, and angrier than ever!"

That's the kind of review you frame on the wall.

FLESHCRAWL have been holding down the old-school death metal torch since the early 90s, and Epitome of Carnage is proof they haven't let it flicker for a second. If you're a fan of the genre's classic era, this is your record.
