Lord of the Lost frontman Chris Harms will release his second solo album, APORIA, on January 22, 2027 via Napalm Records. The date is also his birthday, hinting at how personal the record is. New single "Find What You Love And Let It Kill You" is out now on all streaming services, a dark track about how passion can come at a price.

His 2025 solo debut, 1980, hit the Top 10 of the German album charts and was made entirely with 80s gear. APORIA takes a darker, less extroverted route with more modern electronics. It is the first record he produced at his new Boogie Park Studios in Hamburg. The title is the Ancient Greek word for an unresolvable problem; the cover shows a Penrose Triangle.

Opener "U+ I+" (You die, I die) is pulsing industrial. Guests include Erk Aicrag (Hocico) on "Skipped A Beat," Ryan Shuck (Julien-K) on "You Are Not What You See," and SWISS on "Hallo Depression," the only German-language track.

Tracklist: U+ I+ / Find What You Love And Let It Kill You / Skipped A Beat / Diamond Death / Tears Of A Nun / You Are Not What You See / The Unholiest / Hallo Depression / The Only Word You Know / On A Dreamless Night / Dear Time

Formats: box set (2-CD + bonus CD), LP variants, 2-CD, tape, digital.
Live: Oct 2-3, Gruenspan, Hamburg (Oct 3 sold out).
